The answer in simple terms: someone who brings a deep understanding of technical principles and combines this with a lot of experience in technical development. She or he can navigate around specific pitfalls that a non-technical manager might not even see. This work is based, among other things, on the mindset that is inherent to people in development.<\/p>\n\n<p>Enough words.
