So what is this: a technical interim manager?
This is probably the question one or two people are asking themselves when they see the title of this blog. The answer in simple terms: someone who brings a deep understanding of technical principles and combines this with a lot of experience in technical development. She or he can navigate around specific pitfalls that a non-technical manager might not even see. This work is based, among other things, on the mindset that is inherent to people in development.
Enough words. I summarized in my video why you should consider a technical interim manager and why I call myself one.
Now I look forward to your comments.
